James is an expert customer contact specialist, having amassed a vast knowledge of the industry’s operational and technical processes, and garnered considerable experience in administering consultancy to a variety of technology and service providers across the globe.

His specialisms in the areas of Forecasting, Scheduling and Real-Time processes as well as a broad understanding of the various WFM technologies, set him apart. His most significant achievements include customer contact planning for two new company start-ups, the operational management of twelve large sites’ go-live stages, and the supervision of many profit-boosting consultations across a series of unique business sectors. He has a wealth of experience and passion for the customer contact industry and delights in offering independent support to companies requiring assistance in reducing costs whilst simultaneously maintaining or improving customer retention levels.
