Keith is the most ‘mature’ member of the team, by virtue of the fact he has gained over 30 years of Human Resource, Organisation Development consulting and career coaching skill. He has applied his knowledge and experiences in a variety of business sectors e.g. Travel, Food manufacturing, Automotive, the NHS, Financial Services, Retail, Retail fashion, Electronic Engineering, Central and local government. Although Keith has wide generalist HR experience, most of his work in the recent past has been focused on the design, development, implementation and management of Assessment Centres for a broad breadth of organisations and business sectors, either as part of a recruitment drive or, as part of a new organisational design. He has a deep passion for career coaching and the motivation of individuals and small groups. His approach results in highly effective interventions that are bespoke and appropriate to the situation.
